Adopted and integrated Smartivus OTT platform together with Synamedia cuting edge CDN solution and ezDRM DRM platform.
Lot’s of great enterprice grade technological applications and tools like OpenSearch, Dashboards, Redis, Airflow, Fluentd and others are uesed to control ant maintain Cgates OTT infrastructure.

CGates is a regional cable operator in Lithuania offering a wide range of internet and digital television services. Their portfolio includes over 100 digital TV channels, catering to multiple viewer demographics and preferences.
Challenge
Cgates sought to create a next-generation TV service equipped with features like catch-up, time-shift and nPVR along with a high-efficiency video coding (HEVC) solution that ensures a seamless viewing experience while optimizing network bandwidth. Quite big chalange was to keep mainatining coexisting SeaChange hybrid TV platform to be able to extend and build custom OTT personalization model.
Challenges Overcome
Network congestion was alleviated with optimized HEVC encoding techniques.
Seamless content delivery was ensured by incorporating redundant edge nodes.
