KOELSAT is a regional cable operator in Lithuania offering a wide range of internet and digital television services. Their portfolio includes over 100 digital TV channels, catering to multiple viewer demographics and preferences.

KOELSAT sought to create a next-generation TV service equipped with features like catch-up and time-shift, along with a high-efficiency video coding (HEVC) solution that ensures a seamless viewing experience while optimizing network bandwidth.
